About

CPUT is the only university of technology in the Western Cape and the largest in the province serving over 33,000 students across six campuses, including Bellville, District Six, and Granger Bay. Formed in 2005 through the merger of Cape Technikon and Peninsula Technikon, CPUT is built on a legacy of applied learning, transformation, and technological advancement.
